Please ensure as a client you read & adhere to Looks Beauty's terms and conditions. These are put in place to safeguard the salon, the staff & all clients.

Please note that when booking an appointment with Looks Beauty you are agreeing to all terms & conditions. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Appointments
* Bookings are by appointment only
* If you are PREGNANT or BREASTFEEDING you MUST declare this when booking your appointment due to patch test requirements & treatments that may not be available during these times.
* Please ensure you arrive to your appointment on time. We do book appointments back to back so if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will more than likely have to reschedule your appointment.
* Due to current circumstances (COVID) we have a plan in place to ensure there is no cross over of clients. PLEASE READ THE CONFIRMATION TEXT IN FULL which does completely outline the measures we take to ensure the safety of everyone.
* Please come to appointments alone
* We do not offer refunds
Appointments
Non Refundable
Deposit
At Looks Beauty we do require a non refundable booking fee to secure your appointment, this will then be deducted from the overall treatment price on the day of your appointment.

Non refundable booking fees are in place to cover us for "no shows", or last minute cancellations where we are not able to fill that slot.
Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we do understand however we do have a cancellation policy in place that must be adhered to and we do ask that you respect this.

There is a 48 hour minimum cancellation period that should be adhered to to ensure we can fill the space. However;
If you cancel your appointment within the WEEK of your scheduled appointment a £10 cancellation fee will be required.
If you cancel the DAY OF your appointment, FULL payment of the treatment will be required to cover any loses & due to us being unable to fill those last minute slots.

Please respect we are a small self employed business. We are unable to just fill spaces.
If we don't work, unfortunately we don't get paid.
Lash Extensions
Infills are to be booked between a 2 & 4 week period and you MUST have at least 50% of your lashes left on to qualify for an infill.
Anything over 4 weeks will be charged at either a half set or a full set depending on how many lashes you have left on.

Infill appointments are booked out as 1 hour time slots. We do book back to back so it is very important if you believe you require more than an infill you let us know ASAP so we are able to cater for your appointment. If you do not let us know, we will not overrun your appointment & will do what we can in the hour we have booked out.
Patch Tests
A patch test is required for the following treatments:
* LVL
* Brow Lamination
* Brow Tinting
* Lash Extensions

Patch tests are mandatory for these treatments and must be carried out at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.
​
*If you have had one of the above treatments before and do not wish to have a patch test, this will be accepted, however you will have to confirm & declare on your client record card at the appointment.
​
If pregnant or breastfeeding you MUST have a patch test prior to your appointment for any of the above treatments.
